Production Update

Paramount+ “Halo” Season 2 [Production Updates]

PlayStation Productions is all in with converting it’s extensive library of video games into films and TV series, but they aren’t without competition. Microsoft’s flagship title Halo has already made a splash on the streaming service Paramount+. The first season got a score of 61 from review aggregator Metacritic for the generally favorable reviews the show received. Nick Schager, who reviewed the series for Daily Beast, said “Halo’s adaptation accuracy is mildly undercut by the moderately creaky narrative wheels it’s set in motion. … [However] with top-notch CGI and a lead performance from Schreiber that lends new depths to his famously one-dimensional hero, Halo appears to have the firepower to become its own uniquely formidable sci-fi titan.” We expect to see a lot more of that firepower in season 2.

“Halo” Season 2

the most advanced AI in human history, and potentially the key to the survival of the human race. Woodbine will play Soren-066, a morally complex privateer at the fringes of human civilization whose fate will bring him into conflict with his former military masters and his old friend, the Master Chief.
Azmi will play Admiral Margaret Parangosky, the head of the Office of Naval Intelligence.

British actor Kalu will play Spartan Vannak-134, a cybernetically augmented supersoldier conscripted at childhood who serves as the defacto deputy to the Master Chief. British actress Culzac will star in the role of Spartan Riz-028 – a focused, professional and deadly, cybernetically enhanced killing machine. Kennedy stars as Spartan Kai-125, an all-new courageous, curious and deadly Spartan supersoldier.
