1:24
who are just like I just want to go up and talk it's a chat it's a hang out it's awkward it's just us talking you
1:30
guys we will start off by saying as you must know and by your beautiful attire there is one very particular character
1:36
this lady may be involved with when you started performing and learning yeah there you go yes
1:44
ma'am I'm that girl that's wearing like you know the band you're not supposed to wear your own band t-shirt I'm Breaking
1:51
All the Rules today oh girl full Pride full Pride it doesn't count when as woman cuz she's a baby girl Angel we
1:57
love her that said being P up and having the experience with P up did you realize
2:04
that the role was going to be so impactful to your career when you landed [Music]
2:09
it um you know I was I was so jet said I was going to move to LA I was going to
2:15
become a starl you know it's really cute back in my way um and I uh I was on an acting
2:23
scholarship at un um with Eric Vale who's the voice of trunks and a bunch of other people that
2:30
are in the past and uh I waited to take my math class until the final semester
2:37
because didn't want to lose my scholarship Bulma is a genius yes ma'am
2:43
I just play one on TV actually so I uh needless to say I failed my math class
2:50
and on the day that I failed my math class I ran into for savath who I had met previously you might know him as the
2:57
English voice for Vegeta andalo ncha and probably a million other people that to
3:03
hearing and he he'd heard me sing before we we goofed off you know in town and
3:10
like he we knew each other he knew I was graduating he knew that I was a theater major he was in the offer department and
3:17
he was like Hey you know are you going to be around for a little while I was like apparently so because I failed my
3:24
not you got some free time yeah I got a little bit free time he go man you should come audition for show you're
3:30
performer what you thing and uh call backs are on Monday I'm like that sounds
3:36
great so uh Monday rolls around and I call and I'm like you know I feel like I should be doing some research I do have
3:42
a degree in acting um and typically we research our roles before we go in and
3:48
audition or what have you and he's like oh yeah that's cool well I've got this VHS
3:54
tape you don't know what a VHS tape please please right right long time ago
4:00
we had these things called VHS tapes oh yes good times and um he like the only
4:07
problem is I at the studio in Fort Worth which was 30 miles away so you're just
4:12
going to have to break into my house and so I did I walked over to his house and I crawled through a window and I went to
4:18
the top left desk drawer of his office and I got the VHS tape and on it were
4:24
seven clips of seven different voices like chatu dende
4:31
Kid Goku Kid Goku and Bulma and chii and
4:37
Frieza this with somebody but anyway and you know I didn't know anything about
4:42
the show but I just listened to these clips but I didn't know that chii was the wife of Goku and I thought I'm GNA
4:50
be her cuz he gets a lot of screen time and I bet his wife us too
4:56
oh and so two weeks later well when I audition the executive producer comes
5:02
out and he's like man I just want to let you know you are a very talented actress you did a really really good job I could
5:09
see you in any of those roles and I'm thinking don't give up on your dreams kid better luck next time and then two
5:16
weeks later Chris St called me he said just be Bulma Bulma there and I'm like what's a Bulma he's like that's youry
5:22
character on tet and uh so I went in and um this was
5:27
back in the '90s in 1900s we we say it now and uh friends was really big on
5:36
television I was a big fan of friends and uh I remember Joey trani who's a
5:41
struggling actor in New York was dying to get a role on a soap opera and he
5:47
gets his big call going to be a doctor on General Hospital most exciting thing
5:53
right and in the first day of shooting his character falls down an elevator
5:58
shop and he's in coma for the rest of the season well I walked into my session and
6:05
I'm sitting there uh on on planet neic which is exploding and all the guys have
6:11
left me on an exploding Planet by myself and I was convinced that I had fallen
6:18
down the Elevator Shaft of anime and that that was my career that was really
6:23
fun that one day I did that recording and then they just kept calling me back just kept calling me back and I kept
6:29
going really okay and then we went back into Dragon Ball and I was like oh I get
6:38
[Music] it yeah so that was really anyway that's
6:44
my origin story I have you enjoyed it very very much so very much so um I
6:52
will say getting into so my boyfriend is huge on it lifelong huge um I no earthly
6:59
idea knew is that there were balls in a huge Dragon that's it um and uh he's
7:04
like very much a Vegeta guy that's all I knew and then I so Bulma yeah and then
7:09
life changed for me so I don't know that much about Dragon Ball unless you ask me about Bulma um and what bring me into
7:15
her is that she has such a independent snark about her where it's like you know
7:22
who's wearing the pants in relationship and you love her for that so with her voice and with her you know infliction
7:28
and her attitude was it fun to kind of perform it with that kind of you know she knows what she's doing tone um so
7:35
Barry Watson was our original producer and the one that cast me at buma and he
7:41
we we kind of brainstormed some ideas of how we were going to bring her to life kind of Flesh her out and uh for me what
7:48
I thought was in character development which you know obviously the director has the final say so if you're mad at me
7:55
for a choice I made it's not my fault it's the director's fault here I am a puppet I literally move my mouth when
8:02
they tell me to and the way they want me to um the Barry was very uh instrumental
8:09
and like helping me create the W you know and all the little looks and all the little things that she does when
8:15
she's mad and sad and death and I don't even have any mascara
8:21
on and he was like you know think Lucille Ball think Carol Bernett I'm like you mean all of my idols
8:30
okay I can totally do that and so that's kind of where she came from and they're
8:36
like okay now you're going to play her when she's 16 can you raise your voice like up an octave I'm like let's see how
8:43
this goes no was fine it was fine one of the things too that draws me and as I'm
8:49
sure with a lot of these people is that the great thing about MMA is that she is that in snu and Fierce and Snapback
8:55
character but that does not diminish her femininity she still V beautiful way
9:02
she's still vain as she should be well and you know I I got some troll like
9:07
slid into my DM and was like how could you represent this woman that's sexually objectified and blah blah blah blah blah
9:14
and I really wanted to respond but I just blocked that dude as you should honestly and uh but you know really it
9:22
was a very authentic Coming of Age story right a lot of that stuff we've all been
9:27
through we've all tried to hit somebody that maybe wasn't interested like a small monkey boy maybe
9:34
not um in the in the woods but uh in in the jungle um but really she had to
9:41
figure out how to balance her sexuality and her femininity and her coming of age
9:46
and what she can get away with and then and then she learned all the things and it was like okay Vegeta you need a bath
9:55
go get naked I'm putting a pink shirt on you and you're going to make me the of and you know what he did yes and he did
10:02
not even hesitate and we love that for her yeah so it's a it's a decent play on feminine masculine and who's who's in
10:08
charge and you know but she still had to learn those lessons she still had to figure out why does this old man get a
10:15
nose bleed every time I walk by it's very strange so yeah and I for on that note
10:24
for a for a show for an anime that is one of more in the ones for people like
10:31
you mean original okay Original's get let's get straight the Gateway Dr to anime thank you very much yes okay I'm
10:38
we're going back to the VHS we're dating ourselves right now so continue on that note um there's a lot of Dynamics and
10:44
stuff that is in animated it's like a very typical nature typical nature stuff like that and with voma it is
10:51
interesting to see that entirely and on the outside maybe people don't know the character that well they don't realize
10:57
it but when you're watching the show you're going to see that kind of where you would expect him to be be the M
11:04
position him to be the one in church no she's telling me to go she's telling she's literally running the house let's
11:09
raise your power level yes is training him she is teaching him she is keeping
11:15
him grounded quite literally I think her character is is uh what cens him further
11:21
in the human society per se more than who he is or who he was
11:27
the it's very that you get to portray character is that although it is uh it comes from a time of tropes and uh like
11:35
like we were saying what a woman is expected to be it had to be entertaining to kind of get that breakout where you
11:40
get yeah she's she gets the dra balls together cuz she's too afraid to find a
11:46
boyfriend she's shy supposedly but then she marries like the harshest dude out there like completely
11:55
flips the script on that you know she learned what she wanted people often ask
12:00
they're like well the yant is so much cuter and he was but they're like well why did you go
12:07
with well first of all he dies a lot then then comes back that doesn't work long term no it doesn't work long term
12:13
and then second it's like desert Bandit Prince of all
12:19
s is Desert Bandit Prince of all sayand so I I she's
12:26
a genius and she just a smart choice she knows what she wants and she gets it
12:32
yeah it's true so I will softly vote you guys again you're here listening to us talk
12:37
yeah there you go come on don't be shy I'm so glad people are asking question I was worried about I have to say I came
12:43
up to her earlier and I was like are you ready for your panel and she was like if there's like four people there can you just cut it on girl give me the ey cont
12:50
and I'm I'm over here like people are like walking by and P up people are commenting and they're like can't wait to ask questions I have questions ready
12:56
Miss girl come on guys don't be shy yes get it get it you so good first of all we talk
13:04
about how we
13:13
gotas I mean you know and
13:19
look I am extremely aware that I am most men's first anime
13:26
Crush men don't limit it to men true true true true okay all right but you
13:32
know that goes for Vegeta as
13:44
well vacation come true love he learned about family vacation he's a chang
13:51
man also Cy okay so Cynthia is a very good friend
13:57
of mine um she is like a sister and interestingly enough we when we go to
14:04
the booth we do cold reads and we are in there by ourselves so we were ships passing in the night and when FUNimation
14:11
first got started there were like 12 of us doing all the voices we just would go in and have a you're going to be a
14:17
little boy today running through a town okay you know yeah or you know you're
14:23
the old lady in the rocking chair oh that go he said it again um the the only time that I know
14:31
in history except for maybe maybe Sean and Chris maybe got the
14:36
booth together there's a screaming scene between me and Cynthia and they did put us in the booth together so that we can
14:42
get the timing right
14:52
yes she you're welcome thanks for the
14:58
question I'm you great thanks for asking
15:07
okay I think we all say that we
15:17
[Music] too interest interesting fact I am not
15:22
in super I am not no uh during Kai get out
15:27
of okay during Kai there were a bunch of voices that were a couple of voices that were replaced they brought mon Allan and
15:34
she voiced during Kai and then I was living in New Orleans and they called and said hey we're thinking about going
15:40
with the original recipe you know would you be interested in K I was like well yeah and I was like are you going to you
15:47
know my chance to pay for travel and I never heard from them again so no girl that's how that went down uh that's how
15:54
that went down um I have not seen super I know it's so different with new
15:59
animation style and her hair is another different color it's Bluer Than it's ever been uh
16:06
we go from Violet in the manga to this new shade of blue but um so I don't know
16:12
about that but I wish I did uh and I will maybe eventually get around watching
16:24
it I mean that is definitely Part I see that as in her story art for
16:33
sure
16:43
many so we learned a lot together the 12 of us doing all of the voices in the
16:49
very beginning of the show and we also learned a lot about scheduling like maybe let's not do a
16:56
6-hour session with a lunch break it's mostly Eight Pages of screaming try not
17:01
to do that um I am extremely adamant about taking care of my voice of the muscle and it's just like a athlete
17:09
would go to the gym I do bubal warm-ups I drink lots of gorade um keep myself really hydrated I
17:16
drink Throat Coat tea and I have a special throat spray that I learned
17:22
working Backstage on a Broadway show in New York from one of the singers that had to sing moving out the musical
17:30
Michael Kavanaugh had to sing Billy Joel for like eight shows a week and it's
17:35
this lubricant called um Entertainer secret and that really saved me for the
17:42
big screaming things that's a great question because we all learn together and that's why I'm
17:49
missing notes in my app register yeah thank you very Yeah
17:57
question hi it's my [Music]
18:11
[Music]
18:18
person oh yeah ultim right now thank you
18:24
thank you um it's so sad that we have to allow our
18:29
to be allowed to be feminine some sometimes and I've got a 9-year-old
18:35
daughter and when I see the young girls come up that's when I get really that's what really touches my heart because you
18:42
know being strong and independent and being smart those are all great things and then you know there's this other
18:50
side too that you just have to deal with and you have to recog with and it's a part of life so uh yeah I really it's
18:58
really special to be able to be a strong female role model that's how I feel about
19:04
[Music]
19:11
[Music] it thank
19:18
you thank you so much wonderful question thank [Music]
19:25
you do it again
19:46
well it is if you're not good at your job M girl hits it on the first try I
19:53
mean I am a one head wonder I'm not going to lie um when you play your character for a decade just kind of like
19:59
know where to go and you know at the very beginning it was like okay let's try it this way and then beep beep beep
20:05
then you try it that way and then back in the day we were on digital tape we weren't digital we were on tape so we'd
20:12
have to wait for the engineers to roll back the tape find the spot and uh in
20:18
the meanwhile we would discuss our crack jokes and totally goof off and waste time um but then you know we do it again
20:26
uh but as we go through and then sometimes when once your brain works the
20:32
way that our brains work when we're doing these cold reads and and doing anime you can get if you have the timing
20:39
in your brain you can do three takes in a row to like a series right so it would
20:44
be like um I will not go after him I will not go after him I will not go
20:52
after him you know what I mean like so as long as your timing is there and matching the mouth laps you just do it
20:59
over and over again but like I said uh I warm my voice up I don't ever go in
21:04
they're cold I get all my Cofe and I do my vocal fries you know get everything
21:09
out up and out of my lungs before I get in there um relaxation I taught voice for four years
21:16
as well I taught to uh an intermediate I mean a beginning in an an intermediate
21:21
voice class so starting with you know English pronunciation Standard English
21:27
pronunciation T's and D's and B's and P's and all the things and then moving
21:32
into dialect and character voices so I mean I worked done it and uh
21:40
I just suggest making sure that your vocal cords are really warm so you don't stress yourself out and good luck out
21:46
there cuz yeah keep doing your thing yeah Throat Coat tea is by far the best
21:53
what I would say though is to stay away from things that numb your cords
21:58
like Caine I'm just kidding um I mean yeah you know um but uh any throat
22:05
sprays like clor septic or uh slippery elm I think slippery elm might be okay
22:11
but there's one that they sell singer Saving Grace maybe there's one that they sell at the Whole Food store that like
22:18
sounds like it's a good idea but if it's numbing your cords then you can't tell the damage that you're doing and if
22:23
you're getting super stressed out then you're you're creating it's like when you tear a muscle or you get a cut and
22:31
starts to heal you start getting scar tissue and like little things that add up so just be careful out there thank
22:39
you so you're welcome thank you for the
22:50
question she's a genius she thinks with their brain
23:01
it's the bigger picture it's the it's the Long Haul it's the payoff I'm not a
23:07
Disney princess but I am a princess of all saans I guess now I'm the queen right right queen of all saans so you
23:15
know it's was a tactical move as opposed to a heartfelt you know going that
23:20
[Music] way absolutely uh where is my child
23:29
going to be better off oh yeah this yeah thank you thank you so much thank
23:37
[Music] you great question I was that's an
23:43
awesome question yeah my favorite is the history of trunks it's really good A lot of people
23:49
haven't seen it it's not one of the mainstream ones but what I loved about it first of all I loved my director John
23:54
berm he uh didn't direct me like a cartoon character you directed me like an actor which sometimes you have
24:02
directors that will give you li reads and you just got to mimic them which is no fun um but you know it's part of
24:08
acting it's part of my job uh and so he really he and I really had discussions about making her a little more fleshed
24:15
out a little more well-rounded you get to see her in the role of a mother um a softer side of her you know
24:22
you can tell and I can tell you by having a kid 9 years ago that when you
24:27
become a mom it changes something you there's something that just you have
24:32
more empathy and more um consideration than you did before a lot more anxiety
24:41
and a lot more I going to keep this person alive more sticky spots in the house yes for
24:47
sure you're great thank you so much I appreci
24:54
question hi
25:01
I did not it was so devastating we needed so much more of
25:08
him um no it was a very it was a very sad year and I loved people coming up
25:14
and bringing posters that had his face in the background and all the characters that he created he created this
25:20
marvelous Universe I'm honored to be a legacy and just a part of the Dragon
25:26
Ball Z universe
25:36
um why were you so lazy why did not really I'm kidding um it is a known fact
25:44
that kirama forgot a lot of things he forgot about the character launch altogether she was such a great
25:50
character and then he just totally forgot he created her um he got really tired of drawing s Tales so he just
25:57
stoed drawing them and all of a sudden fans didn't have Tales anymore uh totally forgot what color of bulma's
26:04
hair was and then brought it back when trunks came around I don't know like um
26:09
it would just be it would be an interesting chat with him just to ask about some of the decisions that he made
26:16
and what his Inspirations were thank you thank you for coming up I
26:23
appreciate you being bold and getting on that microphone I love it hi
26:32
that's a great question so I I I studied acting from the time I
26:37
was really small um but I've got a great story for you so when I was little I
26:43
started when I was 5 years old I was a runway model in Southern California lived in San Diego and I was walking
26:50
down the runway with like Cindy Crawford and all these I didn't know I was doing it for Barbie money I just look they
26:56
told me to wear this fancy dress carry some flowers and smile for the cameras and I got Barbie money and that was
27:03
great I had a condition uh I had enlarged abids does anybody know what
27:09
adids are those are it's like your tonsils but it's in your nasal cabin so for the first part of my life I
27:16
couldn't breathe through my nose and I sounded like this and I love sing but I
27:24
just sounded like I was stoed up all the time and it wasn't until got at the dinner table my brother said why do you
27:31
chew with your mouth open I'm like duh how are you supposed to breathe and he's like through your nose and I'm like oh
27:42
right and my mom was like terrified she was like oh no maybe we need to take her
27:48
go see somebody and this is whoa I got my adids removed and all of a
27:55
sudden I had the voice of an Angel I was singing honor choirs made all state that
28:00
year got the lead in the fifth grade play carried that through middle school
28:06
and high school and just kept my mom kept wanting me to be a cheerleader and
28:11
I would do that too and then my dad would take me to a theater audition and I get that and I just in in high school
28:19
I went more of the theater Route and concentrated on dance and voice and um
28:25
and acting and then uh my mom mom said you're not going to major in movie star ISM when you go to college if you want
28:32
to be the next J poly we will pay for you to go to journalism but we will not pay for you to be a movie star and so I
28:38
got an acting scholarship and I did it anyway yes
28:46
ma'am you thank you for your question hi I like your sparkle
29:07
oh my God I still have are you kidding me I was like nobody's going to be my panel nobody you know um exactly I mean
29:16
you know it we all have fears and and it's
29:22
just dealing with fear right so you know fear of not being good enough and you know I was shush as a child
29:28
like I was I had a permanent seat in the hall in high school I was totally not accepted I was cute that help but I you
29:35
know like I was a smart El I made I did impressions of my teachers and so you
29:42
know I was told I wasn't good enough for most of my life so and being an
29:48
actor you know we're always criticizing we always feel like we're only as good as the last role that we played um it
29:56
will probably never go away but know that you are an actor like in your mind you're an actor that's what
30:03
you're doing like you're doing that you might have five other side jobs but you're still an actor so just keep that
30:10
in mind and just always be working on there's a dialogue that goes on in our
30:15
minds that tells us we're not good enough you have to find a way to shut that off just find a way to shut that off
30:22
whether it's meditation whether it's running jogging around the block I will not ever do that because I'm not going
30:27
to a runner ever yeah and so um but just finding
30:32
ways to keep yourself positive and I mean I worked on that for years I had
30:38
self-esteem issues and imposter syndrome and and all of that until I was
30:43
literally only making films and acting like only making movies I'm also a film
30:49
producer and I do makeup and hair for Opera theater film and stuff like that
30:55
so no matter what I'm always industry I'm always doing something in the industry with people I love that are
31:01
doing what I either want to do or what I am actually
31:08
[Music] doing
31:13
know somebody want to help him out yeah I'm sorry you might want to that down hi
31:18
what's your name hi Ramen
31:31
okay um I mean launch was super fun because she you know got to be this s
31:38
Tre like and she was like this little dance um but I like Frieza you know
31:45
somebody I like the bad guys now that my voice is much lower in register now or
31:51
like get Goku oh I'm going to go Piat some people up it's going to be awesome
31:57
so thank you for that yeah either a little boy or an evil person simplify it be evil or a little
32:17
[Music] boy oh my gosh I have so many colle a
32:24
good question yeah it is so I I remember when it first started and I'm going to
32:30
share a secret with you I'm an actor I got a job on an anime cartoon I'm not an
32:37
anime fan that became an actor okay does that make sense you with me so I started
32:43
getting all these little things and I was like oh those are so cute and then I would just put them aside I had boxes
32:48
full stuff and then I was like you know what this is ridiculous so I do have a room where I put up everything that has
32:55
been handmade for me by a fan I have a and I display it and
33:02
when I'm feeling sorry for myself and again I'm having a really bad day and the electric bill was really high this
33:08
month I go look at that wall and I'm like you better shut up girl like come
33:14
on now there's look at all that love up there so I use it as a means of staying
33:20
in gratitude and staying humble one of the coolest things that was ever made for me I've got two I got two things and
33:27
they're super freaking cool so every year for Christmas I do an appreciation treat to all the Comic Cons and all of
33:34
the blessings that I've had and I do a lanyard tree so I put all the lanyards from all the shows that I've been to
33:41
reminds me of the wonderful people that I've met at each show takes me back um
33:47
gives me makes me feel the Gratitude of you know being able to be there and uh I went to a card shop I think it was in St
33:55
Angelo was small Texas town maybe anyway this woman had hand
34:02
crocheted a Shenron and all seven tracking balls and gave one to me Cynthia cray
34:10
the voice of Chi-Chi Linda the voice of Frieza and Stephanie n onlyi and I used
34:17
that as the angel on the top of my lanyard tree yeah so this other story is
34:22
pretty funny it's really quick I was in uh New York uh
34:28
Rock I don't remember where it was Upstate somewhere and I walk past this table and this guy has all of these
34:36
action figures made out of pipe cleaners and there's this one with
34:41
trunks he's got the sword drawn you know it's super cool and I'm like I just walked by in my cute pants if you saw me
34:48
yesterday I got my cute pants on and I'm like oh what the mom's chopped Li over
34:54
here like what you know no Bulma and he he looks at me he goes I'm just not really a b man and the guy sitting next
35:01
to him God the guy sitting next to him was
35:06
like don't you know who she is oh and I was like it's cool I need you know not
35:13
everybody is and I walked away and I mean he was
35:18
mortified so the next day he comes up to my booth and I now have an action figure made out of pip cleaners of R oh he was
35:25
trying to work on that all night long and taking as he was making it like oh
35:32
that's I'm so sorry make a character you don't really care for it he should have learned that a great
35:39
question then that is great thank you so
35:46
[Music]
35:52
much um we did after the first couple of seasons and I had office space and I got
35:58
robbed and all of my cells that were signed by everyone got taken yeah it was
36:05
very upsetting so um when we're at a show together a lot of times if there's a poster with
36:12
all of us on it like you know we'll go around and get signatures sometimes
36:17
thank you thank you so much thank you for your questions hey girl hey hello
36:22
vanilla cupcake oh there you go okay
36:28
[Music]
36:37
yes absolutely so many um I got to play Dolly Levi and the
36:43
Matchmaker hello do don't think we have too many theater F because on the
36:49
silence that's okay um uh I got to play um a woman named Carol meit in a show
36:55
called Black comedy which was really great because uh it starts off in the dark and the
37:01
actors on stage me and my co co-star acting like we're in the light and then
37:07
a fuse blows and the rest of the play takes takes place in the dark so it's all this physical comedy of like us
37:14
barely missing killing each other but we're actually just continuing with the
37:20
story of the play we decide to switch furniture with a neighbor who had better Furniture than us for my parents to come
37:25
and visit yeah it was really funny so yes I definitely have roles in
37:33
there it's it's a fun show yeah black black comedy y by Peter
37:39
schaer thank you for your questioning good one [Music]
37:48
hello [Music]
37:54
thank okay that's big question so I I
38:00
finally tossed baton I've been the president of women in film Dallas for four years which is a nonprofit that
38:07
empowers promotes and mentors women in the film industry we have a film festival every year so I put that on we
38:14
do a public service announcement for another local organization or charity
38:19
that needs um some help with their advertising so that we can offer services usually for women's this last
38:25
one we did was for um Alzheimer's Angels uh caretakers of
38:32
Alzheimer's uh people they had a they had a documentary that was in our Film Festival that was really powerful and we
38:39
wanted to give back to them so I did that uh and you know coming out of the pandemic was really terrifying and then
38:46
like 2022 2023 I produced three films one I was the executive producer
38:54
on called uh Wild at Heart and it's the story of a dog during Co that gets
39:00
broken up by her boyfriend and also gets fired from her job it's with a real dog full live action and she drives from her
39:09
house back home and it's just she stops at White Sands and runs free while the
39:15
dog the dog does yeah oh that's awesome I started as the voice of the dog and
39:22
then Cynthia CR played my mother on the phone and then we got you're going to kill me I can't remember burning right
39:27
now the the nerdy sister from uh Modern
39:34
Family we got her to do the role of the the lead role of the dog and I became
39:39
the mother so it's a short film we're hoping to use it to bring awareness to
39:44
dogs and raise money for animal shelters and things like that uh and then I was also the uh coordinating
39:52
producer uh for a a feature film called Crossfire sorry
39:58
I also played the news anchor because I'm the one that produced all of the background voice over and stuff in the
40:05
that was on the TV screen um so that was really fun and that year oh The Stranger
40:13
starring uh James Tupper um yeah James Tupper uh he was
40:20
married to an H for a while and she actually passed away the year after which was really kind of sad um but that
40:27
was was really fun where I did that with a company called own films and they were
40:34
people that I produced my first film with back in 2003 maybe and so when they
40:40
come from LA and they come to Texas they have us me and my business partner produce for them and then just recently
40:47
I freed myself from a terrible situation um last year I was hired as
40:53
the production coordinator for the Dr Phil grand time television show
40:59
yeah I uh so I launched a television show and I launched uh a network
41:04
actually Merit Street Media and then in August after all my hard work all the salary full-time employees were let go
41:12
so yeah and then he spoke at the Republican National Convention and I do bull It Anyway fine that was fine with
41:18
that yeah yeah thank you for your question yeah additionally thank you for
41:23
letting me look back and think of all the work I've been doing I have not been sting still very very nice to hear how
41:29
invol you our mat charity that's awesome it's
41:46
[Music]
41:52
amazing I mean not really I can play B he's closed I don't doing that um and
41:59
then just other like come in here we need this voice you know that kind of a deal um B kept me super busy for a
42:07
decade so I didn't have a whole lot of opportunities to work on other shows and we didn't have a lot of shows at that
42:13
time I think like fruit's basket came next like Sydney got a rooll on that they started bringing in new actors
42:20
um I mean I guess you know I never got any love for being the voice of Kroger
42:27
this coger is located right in your neighborhood with a bigger better
42:34
Bakery to our Deli for a wider selection of BS heads meats and cheeses not
42:39
sponsored yeah right so you know for additional savings
42:45
look for the little yellow tag Kroger the right store the right price right store right price Kroger lady is the
42:52
answer thank
43:22
I [Music]
43:27
I mean I think John bergm has a lot to do with that though he really had a grasp of the tone and what story he
43:34
wanted to tell
43:52
[Music]
44:06
[Music]
44:19
oh yeah okay
44:29
you know I would man if we could have capsules oh life would be so great um I
44:35
will say uh we debuted at Albuquerque ComiCon there is a life-size model of
44:43
the time machine and they filmed me and I wrote
44:48
Hope on it and signed it I get this want to talk
44:54
about it it's really really everybody else did too right yeah so hope one so
45:00
yeah
45:06
yeah no spoilers no spoilers yeah and to see people build
45:12
like the lifesized Pod that I've gotten s in and you know just man the fans and
45:18
the the things that people build and it's the fandom is insane and so it's
45:23
just honor you know yeah [Music]
45:32
family exactly thank you so much well I think on that note we hit a perfect end
45:39
time you so much for everybody thank you for being
