"Wednesday" Characters We Want to See in Season 2

Season 2 Renewal

Not even a week after season one of Netflix's new Addams Family series "Wednesday" premiered, they announced that the show had been renewed for a second season. The new series quickly rose to the top of Netflix's trending charts and hit the #1 spot.  Here are the characters we'd love to see again in the upcoming season!

The Addams Family

There is no doubt that Jenna Ortega will reprise the role of Wednesday Adams. Likewise it's a safe bet that the rest of the Addams Family members from season 1 will return.

But what about the rest? There will be a lot of familiar faces, but it's possible that we might see even more extended family coming into the mix in Season 2 given that Grandmama and Cousin Itt were noticeably absent.

Tyler Galpin

Tyler Galpin (Huner Doohan) was caught in a love triangle with Wednesday and Xavier throughout season 1. It doesn't seem likely that he will return as a love interest, but season one's cliffhanger made it clear that he will be turning up again—if not to break hearts, then certainly body-parts of some kind!

Enid Sinclair

Emma Myers' character Enid Sinclair became one of the most beloved outcasts on the show. Wednesday and Enid literally started off the season divided and ended up breaking down barriers to find that in some cases, opposites really do attract.

Marilyn Thornhill

Christina Ricci, who played Marilyn Thornhill, is basically Addams Family royalty as she previously played Wednesday in 1993's Addams Family Values. Tim Burton paid homage to her in a tasteful way and we didn't get enough of her. We hope she finds a place in Season 2!

Principal Larissa Weems

It would appear that Gwendoline Christie's Principal Larissa Weems is not going to make a come-back any time soon.  At least that would be true if "Wednesday" wasn't set in such a magical world where death seems more like a temporary state then a final conclusion. So we're still hoping for a comeback!

Xavier Thorpe

For almost the entire first season of the show, Percy Hynes White's character Xavier Thorpe was largely misunderstood.  He never got a crack at the relationship that he wanted with Wendsday, but we're sure to see that rectified in season two.

Bianca Barclay

Joy Sunday played Bianca Barclay as a cold and jealous rival to Wednesday Adams, but it didn't take long to find out that there are many layers of depth to her character. We only scratched the surface of Bianca's backstory in season one, and we look forward to following her story which will likely take place off of the Nevermore campus.
