“Brian”: An Unexpected Tale of Personal Growth

Tulsa, Oklahoma becomes the backdrop of our story as we follow the life of Brian, a misunderstood high school junior who decides to turn the tables and challenge people’s perceptions of him by running for class president.

Our protagonist, Brian, finds companionship in an unexpected newcomer at school. This newfound alliance strengthens Brian’s resolve as he plunges into the world of student politics. But, the story is not just about changing popular opinion. The core of “Brian” lies in its exploration of self-discovery and personal growth with Brian at the helm.

As the campaign for the student presidency heats up, our outcast hero is confronted with thoughts, emotions, and insecurities that challenge him in ways he’s never experienced. This encourages Brian to leave his comfort zone and unfolds a completely new side to his persona.

This narrative from Rebellion Films explores the struggles of adolescence and the universal pursuit of acceptance. Under the guiding hands of Randy Wayne, Seth Meyers, Casey Hanley, and Thomas Mahoney, with Mike Scollins in the writer’s chair and Will Ropp at the helm of direction, “Brian” is set for production starting on November 23. Hold tight for a unique, heartwarming story of an underdog’s climb to the pinnacle of self-belief.
