Biography:
Ke Huy Quan is a Vietnamese-American actor and stunt coordinator, best known for his iconic roles as a child actor in the 1980s. He first gained fame portraying Short Round in *Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom* (1984) and Data in *The Goonies* (1985). Born on August 20, 1971, in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam, Quan’s family fled to the U.S. as refugees after the fall of Saigon in 1975. He continued acting sporadically into the 1990s before transitioning into behind-the-scenes work as a stunt coordinator and assistant director. After years away from acting, Quan made a highly anticipated return with his role in *Everything Everywhere All at Once* (2022), which revitalized his acting career and earned him widespread critical acclaim.
