Achieving the highest female finish in NASCAR Trucks.

Since nine years old, I knew I wanted to race NASCAR, and I have a family who loves racing and supported my dreams—not financially but by being a part of it.
3. What was it like to join the NASCAR series, and how did you prepare for your debut race?
At 16 years old, I was picked to be on NASCAR Drive for Diversity Rev Racing. That is where it all began with connections in NASCAR.
4. You have competed in various racing series and events. Is there a particular race or event that stands out to you as especially significant or challenging?
Probably my win at COTA in the Audi R8 with Ave Motorsports. It was the most physically demanding race.
5. How do you balance the demands of your racing career with your personal life?
Family always comes first.
6. Racing is a physically demanding sport. How do you approach training and maintaining your physical fitness for competitions?
Heat is very hard on my body during hot temperatures, so I heat train to help get used to high temperatures.
7. The motorsports industry has seen many changes over the years. How do you think these changes have impacted your career and the opportunities available to female drivers?
Becoming a professional athlete in any sport is very difficult, no matter if you are male or female. I just keep going for my dreams.

I am not fond of 1 ½ mile tracks so they are challenging.

My family has been my biggest support system in racing, not financially but by always being there for me.
12. Winning the highest finishing female driver in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at Daytona in 2020 was a historic moment. Can you share what was going through your mind during that race and how it felt to achieve such a milestone?
It’s funny because I didn’t know I made history until I was getting interviewed after!

Keep grinding and going for your dreams!
