About Toni Breidinger

Toni Breidinger is a pioneering NASCAR driver known for being the first Arab-American female driver in the sport. She began her racing career in go-karts at a young age and quickly moved up the ranks, making a name for herself with her exceptional skill and determination.
Breidinger made her NASCAR Truck Series debut on May 6, 2023, at Kansas Speedway, breaking barriers and setting new standards in the racing world. Her success on the track has made her a role model for aspiring racers, especially women and minorities.

1. How has your approach to racing evolved since you first started competing in motorsports?
Preparation for races is a lot more intense and thorough.
2. As the first Arab-American female driver in NASCAR, what unique challenges have you faced, and how have you overcome them?
I think as the first anything there’s kind of a glass ceiling you have to break. Having confidence and a good support system helps me overcome challenges. 1
3. Can you describe your training regimen and how you prepare physically and mentally for a race?
I do mental and physical training five times a week to prepare for races.
4. What has been your most memorable race to date, and what made it stand out for you?
My truck debut! It was a dream come true. 2
5. In partnering with Raising Cane’s for the 2024 Speed Campaign, what values do you believe you share with the brand that make this collaboration a good fit?
Raising Cane’s has been my favorite fast food chain since before the partnership. It’s amazing to see them support and believe in female athletes. 3
6. Last year, you demonstrated speed and accuracy during your pre-race shift at a Raising Cane’s location. What did you learn from that experience, and how does it relate to your racing?
Teamwork and listening to instructions are related to racing!
7. What aspects of the Raising Cane’s Speed Campaign excite you the most, and how do you see this partnership influencing your visibility in NASCAR?
I’m excited to bring visibility to Cane’s and hopefully this partnership inspires more brands to support female athletes.
8. How do you handle the pressures of racing and the expectations placed on you as a trailblazer in the sport?
I just focus on myself and the race at hand!
9. Looking forward, what goals do you have for the next season both on and off the racetrack?
To keep growing as a brand and driver!
